JULIAN STONE
actor/writer/producer
An award-winning actor, JULIAN STONE was born on the south coast of England and has appeared on the stage in London, New York and many regional venues. Most recently, he appeared in the West Coast premiere of Man from Nebraska, directed by William Friedkin. He now lives in Los Angeles and works extensively in television and film. He has guest-starred on many popular TV shows including Out of Practice, Columbo, Mad About You, Lois and Clark, Baywatch and ER, and played Jerry Jacks in the Emmy-winning ABC soap, General Hospital. He starred in When In Rome with the Olsen twins, National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation 2 with Randy Quaid and Ed Asner and Black Dawn with Steven Seagal. Apart from his extensive voiceover work, especially in popular video games, he regularly pops up on TV in national commercials such as Cingular, Hyatt and Clorox (with his youngest daughter, Molly). In his spare time, Julian gets his exercise running around on the bumpy soccer fields of Los Angeles where he runs an entertainment-based team for BAFTA/LA. He has also been know to slice a wicked golf ball and, for the eighth year, recently returned to Wisconsin with his clubs to play in the celebrity tournament, hosted by Bart Starr, to raise money for the Lombardi Cancer Clinic. He is a Committee Chair for BritWeek (http://www.britweek.org/) and organizes (and plays in) its annual Celebrity Soccer event at the 27,000 seat Home Depot Center, working with the LA Galaxy and international corporate sponsors.
